Meetings can take place at your office or a mutually agreed-upon location.

We thoroughly take time to sit down and take all the time you need to discuss your vision and project with us.
 
This approach allows us to tailor our pre-production process into a customized solution that fits your needs.

Our calculation is  based on;

• how complex the project is,

• the time needed for filming and editing,

• the overall size of the project,

• what equipment is necessary,

• and the involvement and amount of professionals needed

Once we've calculated the cost and timing and reached a mutual agreement, you'll receive an invoice + contract.
 
To secure our commitment and exclusivity for your project, we request a 50% deposit to be wired before we start.
 
This deposit will also reserve the dates in our agendas and facilitate your project preparations.

We start the preparations by creating a storyboard, input from the client is always appreciated.

A storyboard is a visual planning tool, using illustrated frames to outline key scenes or events in a narrative or presentation. It means that you will know what the final video will look like before it's shot !

Communication related to planning, updates, brainstorming, or positive feedback can be facilitated through an invite to our shared project app called "Slack."
 
Via this app, we can keep eachother updated on important tasks and changes in a more visual "hands-on-approach" instead of only communicating via mail,  WhatsApp or calling.

Founder and primary videographer, Rostislav, will take the lead on set and/or oversee the creative team, depending on the project's contractual agreement.
 
For projects requiring multiple team members, we collaborate with a carefully selected group of freelance videographers from across Europe.
 
Additionally, you'll frequently interact with Edith, who oversees organization, planning, setup, and time management.

After completing the filming phase, the video undergoes the editing process.
Our talented video editors, collaborate with the client directly to establish a delivery deadline.
 
Communication and adjustments can be efficiently managed through Slack. Our service ensures revisions until client satisfaction is achieved.
 
Both the client and editor are expected to respect the agreed-upon deadline to prevent unnecessary delays for other client projects.

Upon the client's review and acceptance of the final video edit, the remaining 50% of the invoice amount becomes due.

This payment is necessary to receive the finalized video without watermarks.
