Enticing major cinematography players making the switch from FILM to DIGITAL. Creating an amazing community of talented filmmakers and powering one of the best films and TV shows in the industry...
But this was the BALD move that nobody anticipated I'm sure...
The future of RED is looking blurry to me...
It could be a great thing for RED like it could be the end of it.
RED could benefit from Nikon's budget and go fully global.
With unlimited resources to develop the best cameras in the industry that will rival ARRI.
Or Nikon will just acquire the tech and the patents, and release their cine line cameras under NIKON. But that would be the end of an era for sure...
